Overnight oats are a staple in my house for several reasons: they're easy to make, packed with fiber and nutrients to keep you full plus they taste like dessert for breakfast! My recipe is simple but you can add your own favorite ingredients to spice it up if you wish (think: peanut butter, maple syrup, fresh fruit or chocolate chips)!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of oats

  • 1 cup of milk (I prefer almond)

  • 2 tbsp of greek yogurt (I like plain but vanilla would taste great too)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Drizzle of honey

You can use steel-cut oats or quick-cooking oats

Instructions:

  • Assemble all of the ingredients in a jar and stir well. Cover with a lid and keep in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy with your favorite toppings or as is!
